I made a mistake in posting what I wanted to buy for slayer. I should have posted what I have.

I've decided that February is going to be all about Slayer (and various other combat things). So I've started selling off things I don't need and buying stuff I have to buy and making stuff I have to make.

I'm using Zarfot's Slayer Guide (22-23-291-47612875)

It'll take me the rest of this month to use up my supplies, make the cash etc. I have a bunch of stuff but here's what's left on my list.

I really don't know much about combat gear. I plan to use a mix of melee and range when doing this. If there's something else I should look at getting or substitutions I can make to save money please post a comment to let me know.

Hosted the Run Around Brimhaven for the last time. That's going over to Spud. Got 81 tix. Met some of the new recruits. Was interesting.

Tired from the last few days of doing ME 2. Cleaned out the bank, made cosmics and jewelry and chatted quite a bit. Not a single level today.

Checked my kingdom, got the flax (9k) with the 1k I had on hand that gave me 10k which means 1,000,000 gold coins go into the bank. Will have to visit Misc tomorrow to replenish but happy about that.

Not so thrilled that I had someone ask me how much money and what my good stuff was tonight. I told him nothing to speak of and get a lecture on how to merchant. Not really interested. My kingdom keeps me in enough cash (at this point) to not worry about it.

Moneyscape

I hate spending my money mostly because I hate standing around making it.

As general principles:

I pick up everything that drops from what I kill.
I raise skills in ways that help other skills go up (ie I don't power mine granite)
I don't care to merchant.

Currently, I have my Kingdom of Miscellania set on coal and flax. Sometimes on coal and herbs. Rarely on maples. Depends on what I look to be leveling. Once a week I sell off a ton of coal and use that to raise my coffers in Misc again. I take everything else (gems, herbs, seeds, logs, flax) and use it to level. I'm pretty happy with this.
