Finally, 89 Herblore. I made Serum 207 and Energy Potions if you that gives you an idea of how low I scrapped in my bank to come up with herbs. I'm saving my dwarf weeds, lants and avantoes for the extreme potions, so that didn't help.
Also got to 89 Mining. One more level and the level 9 stars are mine! I probably chased 6 stars today but it worked out well. I'd do some stuff in RL, log in, do a bit of alching while scoping the star and then mine it and log out.
Did a bit more of my bank clean out. I'm planning on doing the Thanksgiving event tomorrow. Then not sure, I might fish since a certain friend of mine thinks I should fish more.
Today's Tip: You can make 1k potions an hour, you can also burn 1k logs an hour. Hope that helps you calculate how long it'll take you to get a level.

Jax - Way to go on 89 herblore! I hit 90 this week, and know your pain. I used my last few hundred torstol to make Zammy brews. I though about it and a few hundred is only a day's farming rounds, so might as well use them. I cringed at the thought of making serums again. I don't even pick up tarromin anymore except to clean them. Then. unless I need to bank, they hit the ground.
I do still make energy pots though. Adding a bit of roe to them as well maximize the XP for barely any additional money/work.
Are those starts as good as people say they are? They seem big in the blogosphere, but I have only been in on 2 so far. I might just take a better look at them after I hit 99 farming.
