I'm guessing (still) that it's the introduction of the soul altar.

Insight on friendships and "how the magic works" a quest that ends up with us being able to make soul runes.
(Think of this: Death altar took a part I and part II quest. Blood altar...well that was a pile of quests. Nomad's Requiem will be Part 1 and this week we'll get part II which will result in the soul altar.)
