Seems to be a very popular question lately. I've been working on this myself. I thought about which skills I should train that weekend and which I shouldn't.
On the definately not side I'm putting skills that are easy enough to get a multiplier for without this weekend or that are contentious for resources that may impact your xp:
Prayer-gilded
Crafting-SC
Smithing-SC
Mining-Contention, SC
Woodcutting-Contention, SC
Fletching-SC
Firemaking-Gloves and ring, cheap, easy
Fishing-SC, will be super annoying with the sites full
Construction-SC
Hunter-CONTENTION!!!!
Attack-Contention
Defence-Contention
Strength-Contention
Hitpoints-Contention
Ranged-Contention
Slayer-Contention
Take out my 99's
Farming (if I didn't have 99 already the first thing I'd do is a farming run as it'll be crazy good xp in a matter of minutes)
Agility (again, if I didn't have 99 I'd probably think about doing this)
Take out skills which are free to level and for which I have no need for more levels (would be nice, wouldn't say I wouldn't train them but they don't need a boost)
Magic-I know money is spent but I do all my magic by actually using it to do something else (teleport somewhere, enchant something, alch my battlestaffs). Level 96 would be nice for spellbook swap but not really a big deal to me.
Thieving-Fine for now.
Which leaves these four:
Cooking
Herblore
Runecrafting
Summoning
For me, herblore is number 1. 96 for Overloads would be great. Plus a 10% bonus (or more) on making them would be wonderful. This will be the second thing I do after I knock out the circus. It's really really expensive but I'm using what I have or have the seeds to grow. Not going to go past making my overloads since I'm better off selling what I don't need and taking the cash.
Second priority will be summoning. I have the charms now to get 96 which has been my goal since summoning came out. Considering how low my other combat skills are I have no fear of not getting enough charms gathered. But the expense of summoning puts it in 2nd place. If I can get some relatively cheap xp I will.
Next-Cooking. I don't have tons of fish or anything to cook. And to be honest cooking is one of those fast, afkable skills that I can't get excited much about a bonus. Level 90 is the only thing I'd be interested in and I'm getting close to that anyways.
Runecrafting-Specifically the ZMI. Yeah, I know RC is slow so the total xp I gaid won't be that great even with a bonus. And it's profitable (or at least break even). But for me it's so slow. And 91 is double nats. Which would be great. And will probably be a Karamja elite task. SO yes, this will be what I spend my time on after I knock out my other skills and just am working with a 10-20% bonus.

I'm making raw summer pies with the skill assist of some friends and brewing Chef Delight. Come the weekend, I'll sip some ale and piebake my way to the stratosphere. XD
Oh and a farm run too. And I'd do agil but I'll have 99 before then! :P
I think over the weekend I'll probably end up doing summoning also. Only level 54 right now, which compared to some other people my level (113) Is actually pretty low. I'll probably end up using the next couple of days doing slayer and gathering crimson charms. Hopefully I gather enough to get 67, becuase it would be a huge help to have a war tortoise.
